I simply requested forgiveness for a late fee and the receptionist was EXTREMELY argumentative, rude, and vindictive. She said “Sure, that will be taken off and I’ll close the account. ” Close the account meaning my wife can no longer make appointments at the dentist she’s been going to her entire life. 20 plus years of coming to only this dentist. Her entire family goes here. I was very confused and literally pleaded saying “this is my wife’s dentist, she shouldn't be punished for me asking for this.

” She ignored my pleas entirely, spitefully hanging up on me repeating “Have a nice day” over and over. It was childish, unprofessional, and completely unnecessary. I welcome a conversation with the dentist or anyone other than Eileen. You should be ashamed of yourself.

Always an excellent experience with Dr. Pratt and his team. Everyone is efficient, timely, friendly, knowledgeable and caring. I wouldn't go anywhere else for my dental care.

My experience today was terrible and I've been a previously happy client of this office for multiple visits. My dental associate was Elizabeth & from the beginning she had a very cold and direct temperament with me upon arrival. Maybe due to my appearance, or maybe she just had a long day, but her demeanor was very unwelcoming. She poked my gums with her tools 3 times during the cleaning (after the 3rd painful poke I asked her to stop the cleaning), would routinely rest the sharp tool on my tongue which poked me there as well, and did not engage in conversation with me much at all until it was clear that I was dissatisfied with my experience. My dental situation isn't the greatest, as I'm prepping for braces at the moment, but I've never dropped tears the way I did today during a cleaning. Also, not once did she check on me or ask any questions while I'm visibly in pain during this cleaning. Just continued on business as usual.

She informed me I needed to wait to speak with the dentist (I assume the dentist was Andrew Pratt. ) so he could review my gums; the dentist walked in, said absolutely nothing, and began to lower my seat to look at my mouth. I informed him before he finished lowering my seat that "I had a terrible experience today and I do plan to see another office to finish the cleaning. I only waited to see you because she told me I would have to, but I'd like to end this now if you don't mind. " His response was "ok" apathetically, with no additional context about my experience. He walked out of the room before I could turn around to even see his face. This reminded me of the end of my last visit where he dismissed me relatively quickly without much insight other than "get braces.

" I initially continued to drive here for cleanings because of the 5 star service that I received from an amazing associate my first time. I hate that today's visit made me go to these lengths to report the neglectful experience that I had; and I hate the fact that the person who cleaned my teeth today seemingly smirked after this incident. If you have generally straight teeth, this office may be great for you. Be weary if not. Today is my final day as a client of this office.

The new Hygentist Beth was very rough and rushed through the teeth cleaning portion of my visit. Definitely not the normal experience of this office. My gums took a beating for the first time since I've been a patient of Dr. Pratt.

I will definitely continue as Dr. Pratts patient but will request a more calm, deliberate cleaning experience next time. The other 2 hygienists are thorough but do not attack your mouth like you are a cadaver
