I have seen the Mazzawi dentists off and on for 20 years. I previously saw Dr. Ann as a child and now I see Dr. Megan as an adult.

She always makes me feel comfortable, she is amazing with pain management, and when I see her and her team I feel like I'm with friends. My husband and son also use this group. I would recommend The Mazzawi dental group to anyone in need of dental services from children to adulthood.

I have been using this office for over 20+ years. Started off with the mom and have watched the family take over and the practice grow like crazy; which is a great thing for them. Every time I come in I am treated (by my Dr) like he doesn’t remember our last conversation. I have been charged for late cancellations (due to covid and lack of staff at my own business) on multiple occasions and be reprimanded if 5 minutes late but if I have to wait 30 minutes on the Dr. then….

. I have been dealing with a crown for months now and it finally broke, I get asked what are we doing? After making the appointment and clearly telling them, after the assistant has prepped me and after being in the office just 3 weeks prior. The assistant gives me the topical, wears off before the Dr. comes in. He then gives me the shot of novacaine and it doesn’t work (my tongue all but tingled a bit) I decided at that moment (which should have been years ago) I need to go elsewhere.

I too have had a business in the community for 25 years and I truly pray I never lose sight of my humble beginnings and the clients that made it all possible. I wish the practice all the best.

I had an emergency and my new dental plan had not started. This Office was so nice. Not only was I able to get an appointment--they were ready to help me get medications to fight an infection before the holiday. The Front Desk that answers calls and sets up appointments is 5 Star Service.

NO DENTIST OFFICE has been this helpful! My dentist that day (Dr Ochoa) and the young lady that assisted were so sweet and professional --I was in a lot of pain and they were very understanding and kind. I wish this Office was on my dental plan. This is an Office set up to help people and they also speak other languages and know about techniques used in other countries.

I and my family have been patients for many years. They are very professional, accommodating and genuinely care about their patients. I had a problem this past Sunday. I left a message on their voicemail. Dr. Marty stopped pressure washing his deck and called me back.

He made sure the office worked me in on Monday and personally called again Monday morning to make sure I had an appointment. The area is indeed fortunate to have a dental office of this caliber. I am native to Snellville but now live in Monroe but still make the drive. Can't imagine seeing a different dentist.
