Great experience at Mashpee Dental on May 1! It was my first visit and everyone that helped me was friendly! Very thorough exam and Liane had my teeth shining after my cleaning. I signed my husband up for an appointment after! I highly recommend this business

Went in with a cracked tooth. Dentist said I needed two crowns. The entire appointment I was in pain. Fitted the crowns horribly the first time, so bad they needed to order new ones. The new ones didn’t fit either and I ended up needing a root canal so another dentist had to drill into my brand new crown.
They wasted thousands of dollars, months of my life and put me in weeks of unnecessary pain almost resulting in a jaw infection. Now I need to finish the root canal but my insurance ran out due to the emergency appointments with this awful place. This place should be shut down. Oh ya the front desk lady also stole my head phones and still has them at her house in New Bedford. I wish I was making this up !

The dentist, hygienist, and reception staff were all professional and courteous. However, the conversation I had with the office manager (billing coordinator) was highly unprofessional. Based on other reviews, it seems this is not an isolated incident, and she continues to lose the practice business.
Because of the way she spoke to me and the incredibly unprofessional experience with her, we have decided to seek dental care elsewhere. Unfortunately, she is the sole reason why my family will no longer be patients at Mashpee Dental.

Dena did the best cleaning I’ve ever had to date. Thorough to get all the plaque but not too fast or rough so I didn’t get gouged by my teeth’s edge. Focused on each tooth for the surface and didn’t confuse my permanent retainer as plaque and try to pull it out. I see often people rush through the cleanings but she advised on the type of toothbrush and dental tape to get since I’ve been having a difficult time.
The doctor had also gave insight to wear on my canine. Great experience worth the drive.
