I tried to switch to this practice. Both appointments that I made were canceled. There was no reason why or even care about canceling appointments. I had waited 3 months for a cleaning. After second cancellation I refused to risk waiting another month for another appointment.
I would not recommend this practice at all. Do not waste your time. I was accommodated at Lightship Dental in Osterville. Which is a much better practice. Stay away from this place!! It’s very strangely run!

I would prefer to give a zero- When I begin going to this office, it was privately owned, and I had wonderful experiences for me and my son. It has since been sold- Since this time this office has failed on so many levels. Insurance 101…. I had to fight with them several times to understand that if your first insurance doesn’t cover the bill in its entirety that it should be transferred to the secondary insurance- At that time, the woman told me that she was the billing manager, but didn’t even understand this concept . Then my son needed a veneer - We went in and got the treatment plan, paid what we were told that the insurance would not pay after they told me that they got a pre-treatment estimate from the Insurance. My son got the tooth put on and six months later I got a bill from the office for $1700- I called the insurance to find out why they did not pay and was told that the office never called for a prior authorization after I was told that they did.
I went into the office to try to take care of this and was pretty much told. It was not their problem that they were not very good at sending out statements…. OK, still not my problem that you guys did not do your work and that nobody was competent. Every time that I’ve been there in the last two years, the front desk and the ““ billing manager “ Has been new each time. The poor young lady Amber, that is trying to pick up the pieces after an office has been through so many hands is trying her best - She called me about two weeks ago to tell me that the doctor or the manager because of their mistake would allow me to pay $1100 because that’s what the cost for a crown would be and my insurance would’ve paid that- Still not my problem that you didn’t do your work and get the prior authorization to let us know that his veneer would not be covered. I asked for a statement with the $1100 so that I would have it on record because they have messed up so many times.
I never received the statement with the agreed-upon amount- They have filed two insurance claims since then with my wrong information so those have not been covered for routine cleanings- And I was told yesterday that they would not honor the $1100 payment and that I was responsible for the $1700. I will bring this to my Lawyer’s attention today and find out what next steps need to be done. This is a highly incompetent office and I do not recommend them to anyone. Although the hygienists are lovely.

I was surprised that my hygienist had been replaced without previous notice. I had my old one for many years and entering the dentist office and expecting the same wonderful experience with my hygienist ,who was no longer there, was disturbing. Maybe need to make a change!

Absolutely incredible experience. The best I have ever had at any Dental office. An ‘old world’ I care approach where customer comes first. And Dr.
Suzuki spends whatever time is needed and truly does care about quality and having Long Term relationships with patients. My wife is now going in and becoming a patient as well. Thank you Sandwich Dental team; and a special call-out to Alisha who really works at customer care!!!
