I have been so happy with my experiences at Dr. Lowery. For someone who doesn't like going to the dentist he has always been warm and welcoming and done a great job at making me feel comfortable during my time there. He explains what and why he doing a certain procedure and is very thorough. I even recommended him to my sister. Great experience all around.

I went for the first time last week for a broken tooth. He sent me to a Endontics to do a root canal so that he could do a crown and said should not wait more than a couple of weeks due to risk of more damage. I was able to get an immediate appointment with them and had a temporary filling, also confirming I should schedule back with Dr. Lowery within a week. Today Patricia, his assistant and scheduler informed me that they do not have anything until January. That is so unprofessional! Told her she should not have given me an appointment last week if she already knew I would not be able to get in back until then. She had a nonchalant attitude, and didn't care at all.
If all they care at that practice is to charge you for a visit and not minding at all for following up. . . . . . I can only imagine the type of service! I hope that this review helps someone not to go through this same bad experience! You are better off looking for someone else!

Dr Lowrey has been our family dentist for over 20 years. He is so nice and patient. He is not aggressive with treatment.Willing to go beyond for his patients. There was recently a mixup with our insurance that has been clarified. We are so greatful to have him back.
