I had a very disappointing experience at this dental office. During my cleaning, the assistant was extremely unprofessional and disrespectful. I politely asked if she could use the electric cleaner to speed up the process since the manual cleaning usually takes almost an hour but she refused and snapped back, saying I shouldn’t tell her how to do her job. She even raised her voice at me, which was completely unacceptable. When I tried to escalate the issue to Dr. Parsi, instead of addressing my concern, he defended her behavior and asked me to reschedule my appointment. That was the final straw for me.

I’ve had doubts about this practice for a while, and this experience confirmed it. They always seem more focused on recommending extra procedures than actually solving the core issues. In fact, I had to travel abroad to get a proper root canal done. My new dentist was shocked at the condition I was left in. I would not recommend this clinic. I will not be returning.

I have a lot of anxiety about going to the dentist. I felt very at ease here. Great technician who kept me calm and gently explained everything that was happening. A thorough but not aggressive cleaning. Clear explanation from the doctor of what I should / should not worry about and a plan to address near term needs. Took the time to answer my questions. Did not feel pressured for lots of follow up work - more conservative approach to dentistry work which I like.

Reception staff remembered me from when I had called to make appointment. (sorry I immediately forgot everyone’s name!) Not much to look at on the outside but very clean and professional inside and you can tell it’s a small team who communicates well with each other. Easily accessible via transit / great location in Medford. I need to have a few things done so I will be back for follow ups but it won’t be as nerve wracking as previous dental experiences. They also do orthodontia. Thumbs up.

From the reception area, the dental assistant who took my X-rays to Dr. Parsi this practice is easily a five star experience.

Always a great experience. The staff is so personable and professional. Dr. Parsi is knowledgeable, efficient, and makes going to the dentist as enjoyable as possible. I would highly recommend this office for any teeth needs.
