I'm very disappointed by the sudden decline of care from the staff here. I really held no doubt that they would keep up such alongside their professionalism however, as the saying goes. . .

all good things must come to an end. Why has it been so difficult beyond measure to have my calls returned? What's the purpose of having a voicemail machine if the reception is too lazy, absent minded or worse lacks the care to return patient calls? And if the dr is the reason for this, you ought to be ashamed of yourself, these are CHILDREN you are dealing with. I've been FOR WHILE ENOUGH NOW, been trying to reach this office about completing my daughter cavity fill ins since the last time we came for an appointment (i believe that was like December 2024) the office was closed. Got no call asking about a reschedule or anything about why office was closed in spite of being scheduled for that day or nothing.

Very annoying since I had to take my daughter out of school and then spend Uber money to come. And now her cavities are actually hurting her again BUT NO ONE IS ANDWERING OR RETURNING MY CALLS, WHY? Call us back ASAP this review made 3/20/25

This place scheduled my appointment at 2:00 pm and we arrived at 1:50 and no one was there and the doors were locked. So we figured we’d wait. At around 2:10 it was still not open and we started calling and couldn’t get anyone to answer until 2:20. This is when they told me that the location is merging with another company and should have canceled my appointment (they never did). They gave no explanation as to why they never canceled my appointment nor as to why the location wasn’t open. They said “they’re taking it day by day” as if they were a divorcée.

A business shouldn’t be spontaneously closing with no notice to their patients. I urge you to not waste your time and schedule or show up to an appointment. I notice two other people have had similar experiences which is just further proof of how unprofessionally this place is being run. This is severely inconvenient to their patients and causes us to waste time just for the dentist to never show up.

If I could give zero stars for this company I would. While the staff was sweet and always nice. . . the company sucks. I paid in full. . cash. .

for my daughters braces ten months ago. In late April we recieve an email that the Jupiter office was closing . Their last day May 12. . the day of my daughters appointment. We were told in the Email she could transfer to the Wellington location. We get to her appointment thinking we can book her next appointment for Wellington, only to be told they are only transferring patients that have less then 9 months of work done. . really? now what?? I got a collection notice for something they say not to pay and they will resubmit to insurance as everything was pre authorized .

. I feel totally screwed. . not one of my eight phone calls over the past month have been returned. They have full payment and we have no service. To top it off we brought her to another ortho that says her braces look awful and he would have to redo them. Unfortunatly my money is tied up in a company that wont return my calls. Stay clear of this company

This place is an absolute joke! The only redeeming part of it was Dr. Lora & even she can’t make up for the chaos here. They constantly switch your appointments without telling you, & half the time they don’t even bother to book them properly, or at all even when you schedule way in advance. The front desk staff is a mess; unprofessional, disorganized, & clearly not trained.

I’ve run dental offices for a decade, & I’ve never seen anything this poorly managed. We scheduled 6 months out (as usual), & I got no reminder, no call — nothing. I had to call the office myself, got rerouted to Wellington, & only then found out the Jupiter office just shut down with zero notice to patients. Zero communication.

Absolutely unacceptable. I asked what happened to all the appointments? Where were they reschedule to? The “peach” who answered then replied with “I don’t know, call your insurance to find another provider”. Unprofessional and disappointing doesn’t even begin to cover it.
