A very pleasant appointment. My 1st time there. Everyone, from the call setting up appt, thru check-in, Melissa my hygienist, to Dr Olonto, to setting up my appt for oral surgeon. I had a good experience my first time there. Everyone was very nice. The dentist recommended I change a filling because it was old, so I did. When I was about to leave, they offered me a Starbucks gift card if I posted a review right then and there, which I did. That tooth had never bothered me before, but it started bothering me after he replaced the filling.
Went again because of it and was told I had to get a root canal and that things like that just happen sometimes, so they referred me to another dentist. Turns out I didn't need a root canal. I went to another dentist and was told that they didn't remove everything they needed to (you could visually see an area of old and stained/black filling that was left behind). I have no idea what happened with that new filling or why they didn't remove it completely, but obviously I won't be going back.

I have never been to such an incredible dentist in my entire life. Out of every dental office I’ve ever visited, this place truly stands out. Every single staff member treats you with genuine care and supports you through every procedure or cleaning. I’ve never felt so validated and cared for at a dental office. The receptionist, the doctor, and both dental hygienists are all so kind and compassionate.
I’ve already recommended this place to several people, and if you’re reading reviews trying to find the right dentist. trust me, you WON’T regret choosing them. They are such AMAZING sweet people.
