0/5 STARS I reached out in October/November 2024 to establish care for my kids. They book far out, and I only had certain days of the week available, but this was no issue since this was for routine cleanings, so I scheduled for December/January 2024.
FIVE TIMES they reached out 1-2 days before my scheduled appointments and needed to reschedule because of “short staffing” and by the 3rd reschedule, “we are no longer open on Fridays. ” I get being short-staffed and needing to reschedule once, maybe twice, but 3 times, then the day before another appointment, you’re suddenly closed on Fridays? I rescheduled for their next available appointment, because it’s now FEBRUARY, and surprise, the day before my kids’ appointment, they’re “short-staffed” and need to reschedule a FIFTH TIME when I have yet to step my foot in the door.
Young & Polite Steele Creek - this is an unacceptable business practice and maybe consider not accepting new patients, because you’ve clearly bitten off more than you can chew. Also, don’t bother pressing 1 for “Steele Creek”, I guess they’re too short staffed to pick up, so your call will be sent to Waxhaw anyways…and they can’t help with scheduling issues…

Love the actual dentist. Be prepared for terrible customer service and relentless stress about canceling your appointments literally a few days before, if you miss their call. However, they never answer the phone and if so… it’s a super long wait.
If you have multiple kids, they will almost bully you into giving up morning appointment slots and they overbook every single time, so you will indeed be waiting awhile.
