Clean space, great ambient music (there were soothing instrumental versions of pop songs I recognized playing softly throughout the office during my procedure). Dr Watts has incredible calming energy even though I was REALLY nervous (not even for a major procedure I'm just a nervous human), he walked me through every step while he got to business. Everyone is very kind and helpful.

My husband and I have been postponing going to the dentist for years in fear of pain and discomfort. I had search around for a local dentist in our area but I wasn’t too convinced. We ended making an appointment at Lotus Smile, which is an hour away from hour home. We had a dental cleaning and exam, and we were incredibly impressed with the entire experience. From the moment we walked in, the staff was friendly and welcoming, making us feel comfortable and at ease.
The hygienist was particularly gentle and thorough during the cleaning, and Dr. Alex Milman was patient and helpful in explaining our dental health. We also appreciate the clean and modern office environment. I highly recommend Lotus Smile to anyone looking for a great dentist.

I've been a patient at Lotus Smiles my whole life, over 25 years now. My experience has always been great and only continues to improve. The staff, from receptionists to hygienists to doctors, is incredibly friendly and skilled, the office is comfortable and clean, and I have rarely had to wait longer than just a couple of minutes for my scheduled appointments.
Highly recommended dentist for anyone in the area.

Lotus Smile is hands-down the best dental experience I’ve ever had — and that’s saying a lot coming from someone who used to dread cleanings! The place is spotless (like, you could eat off the floor clean), and the customer service? Impeccable. My hygienist Ed is a total gem — the gentlest touch and such a calming presence. What used to feel like torture (hello, deep cleanings) is now a total breeze.
I actually look forward to my visits. Highly, highly recommend if you want your smile taken care of with real heart and finesse. 🦷✨
