We loved this place until we were charged for something we didn't get. My daughter had a small, superficial baby tooth extracted and they said nitrous oxide was used. I sat with her the entire time and he numbed the area but nitrous oxide was never used. They asked me if it was ok to use and that was the extent of it.
I called and told them but they insisted it was used. We sadly aren't coming back because I feel cheated.

Dr Favale is great. The two hygienists I’ve tried, Vesna And one other lady are awesome but the receptionist Margie is super rude. She behaves and talks down on clients. 4 - 5 experiences. Thankfully once you get past her, you may be in good hands

Dr. Favale is so skilled and so fair. My last dentist downtown Chicago, bonded my two front teeth. . . after three visits I still wasn't happy.
After 20 minutes in Dr. Favale's chair, I was done, my smile looked like a million bucks and I was soooo happy. The week before I received a thorough and fantastic teeth cleaning. So Happy to have found a new, skilled and honest dentist! And his team is fantastic. The office runs like a well humming engine.

Been going here for many years. The staff is amazing and friendly. Dr. Favale has the best demeanor and is always friendly and reassuring. I have sent my whole family here because I trust him so much ( and they feel the same way). A super plus is the cleanings are always quick and easy so getting in and out doesn't have a huge impact on your day. Highly recommend!!
