Dr. Brooks has a gift with children—she uses "magic mirrors" to show them their teeth and turns cleanings into "smile adventures.

" The hygienists are so patient, even when my 3-year-old wiggles nonstop. They send cute reminder texts with emojis and have a treasure chest of stickers post-visit. My kids now ask to go to the dentist—proof this place is doing something wonderful!

I had a very good experience with Precious Smiles Dental. Dr Krishna was very friendly and explained everything in detail what she was going to do when I took my daughter for appointment. My kids were reluctant to go to the dentist's office first, but after going to Precious Smiles , it was a totally different experience. The staff was very kind ,friendly and the office was very clean.

The office timings are flexible and was able to get late appointments. I would say this is the best Dentist I ever met and highly recommend this place.

I hadn’t been to the dentist in a bit due to some extreme anxiety. I went to Dr Krishna’s office and she made it such a pleasant experience. So friendly, kind and explained everything. Love the staff as well. Very helpful with scheduling and all the insurance stuff

I was eating a Rosati’s chicken wing and my crown that I had done in 2017 fell out. Now. . I preface this review by saying I have had a horrible experience at prior dental visits. I had to be under anathesia for the 2017 root canal and crown. I call around trying to get into the quickest dentist that could work around my schedule, as I’m a teacher, and the tooth that fell out was my left front tooth. I paid out of pocket to have a consultation at another facility, which I would not recommend, but I digress. After not feeling comfortable with the other dental office, I kept making calls and contacted Precious Smiles Dental and left a message. I was called back within 3 hours by Sonya, the receptionist. Sonya is fabulous. I explained what happened, my schedule, and that I was terrified of dental offices. She set up an initial appt, and I came in the door.

Sonya was soooo friendly and caring. She soothed my fears, and talked to me the whole time while I waited to get called to the back. The wait was less than 10 minutes. I get called to the back by Carla, the dental technician. She can see I’m nervous and calms me down. We talked about my wife, my kids, her goals, my teaching, etc. Carla is a rockstar when it comes to conversation. She made me laugh and relax. Then Dr. Krishna walks in… and I immediately freeze up, again. Dr. Krishna explained everything that she was going to do step by step.

She was soooo thorough with her explanation that I completely felt comfortable. Needless to say, the whole office is phenomenal. From the door to the chair… this office is professional, friendly, compassionate, and caring. When I completed my process of having a bridge and the deep cleaning… I actually cried. I felt like I was leaving friends. I would highly recommend this dental office to anyone who needs work done. My wife is about to get her deep cleaning done there, too. I’m going with just to see the crew again. lol.
