Dale in front desk is very friendly and helpful. She is amazing and has helped me set up my appointments and has explained everything throughly! Well the whole staff is great! I have so much anxiety but everyone has made sure i was comfortable throughout both of my procedures. 10/10

RUN! TERRIBLE SERVICE! I would NEVER trust my family here. I called to make a new patient appointment for my son, before he would be leaving for school. I told them it was imperative that he gets a cleaning, and a checkup at this appointment. They assured me they would do so. The day of the appointment nothing was said. After they ran his insurance for xrays, and did a routine checkup, they asked when he would come back for the cleaning. I reminded them that this appointment was supposed to include that. The receptionist agreed, but said the hygienist was not in today.

I asked why we weren't given a courtesy notice. At first she lied and said she had called. I showed her there was no call history. Then she changed the story to, "New patients are never guaranteed any service ". I really wish I had been told THAT when booking the appointment. This office is rude, inefficient, incompetent, and does not care about the patients time. The next issue was about my sons blood pressure. When they took it by an over the counter sold device (not the cuff and stethoscope), they told him he needed to go to the doctor, that it was extremely high.

So when we went home, we used our device, and my son tells me that it is the same exact model they used. The problem? They didn't know which side of the wrist it goes on, and they terrified him for nothing. His BP is completely fine, and on par with the recommended 120/80. We took 3 readings for 2 days to be sure that he is safe, and even flipped it the opposite way like they had done, and it always gives a high reading when used the incorrect way they did. If they'd look at the instructions, they would know how to use it. This office needs a LOT of work before serving the public.

Unprofessional. There’s an issue with the front desk every single time. Today the front desk is not even here and neither is the doctor !!!? They use a 3rd party call center so I assume that’s why there’s so many issues, because there’s no communication or accountability. They did two fillings a month ago and my teeth have been hurting since.

I have a feeling it should have been a root canal but they want to keep business so they did a filling instead. I also go very sick for 2 weeks following my filling visit, they were hopping in between myself and another patient who had severe tooth decay and I’m guessing I got sick as a result of whatever infection was in her mouth. I’m just overall very upset with this business. The owner should contact me and be more involved in their business because they clearly don’t know what’s going on or they just flat out don’t care!!!
