The people at the front desk are very friendly and a helpful and nice. My hygienist Erica was so wonderful. She clean my teeth so gently and thoroughly and I feel like a brand new person. I’ve been coming to this office for a number of years now since they opened the first day and I always had the wonderful experience with the hygienist with the dentist Dr.
Chang. They’re all very professional and knowledgeable and helpful.

“If you’re looking for something cheaper and faster, you can go. ” That’s what the dentist told me—after learning that my implant was actually covered by my in-network dental insurance. I had simply asked a few reasonable questions about what my insurance would or wouldn’t cover. I understand that a business needs to make money, but as a patient, I have every right to ask about my coverage—especially for a major procedure like an implant. The dentist’s reaction was not only unprofessional, but deeply disrespectful.
With this kind of attitude, I wouldn’t trust them with any treatment—not even a cleaning. Refusing service or showing hostility just because a patient wants to use their insurance is completely unacceptable. I would not recommend this practice to anyone who expects respectful and transparent care.

I have been with Duluth Dental Group since they opened and have been so pleased the entire time. Dr Ken and his staff are very friendly and take time to answer all of my questions. I totally trust their ability and the recommendations they give for good oral health. The office staff and also welcoming:)
