Dr Buchmann is literally the only dentist I will go to. Even after moving further away, I still only come to him. I suffer from severe anxiety and dental work causes me to panic. The best Dentist in Bergen County is Jeffrey Buchmann, DDS for several years now. He cares about his patients, follows up for all his care and flexible scheduling for treatments and has many skills, new technologies and affordably and professionally performs all procedures I had from my dentist from childhood , esp as other dentists send patients out for procedures for other dentists to do.

I recently had my first visit to Dr. Buchmann at Laser dentistry, and I couldn't be more pleased with the experience. From the moment I walked in, the staff was incredibly welcoming and made me feel right at home. Dr. Buchmann and his assistant were fantastic.
They took the time to explain everything to me in detail, from the initial examination to the treatment options available. I appreciated how they made sure I understood each step and felt comfortable throughout the process. Their professionalism and friendly demeanor put me at ease immediately. Thank you, Dr. Buchmann and team, for making my first visit such a positive one!

I had a disappointing experience with this facility. Before scheduling my appointment, they provided me with a price for the retainer. However, when it came time for payment, I discovered that they had submitted a higher amount to my insurance than what was originally agreed upon. And they said I was liable for 50 percent of that higher amount that I was not aware of.
Eventually, upon some back and forth conversation, they charged me the same amount I was responsible for initially but they did charge more from my insurance and it came from my benefit max amount. I would not trust this practice again.
