Love this office, I’ve been coming here along with the rest of my family for a couple years now and the staff is always great. The manager Nada is amazing and extremely understanding. She’s always available to listen to any complaints and helps you work through any problems or worries. Highly recommend!!

I will be filing a lawsuit on this office if an owner does not give me a call back within the next few days, the trauma that I've experienced and the things that are happening to me are inhumane and unethical. The things that were done to me as a first time patient who only had one tooth done in this office the way I'm being treated the things that's staff are saying and The illegal things are doing in regards to my account I called for an emergency they didn't even call me back or treat me and my tooth fell out of my mouth. They dismiss me as a patient because one of their doctors got mad that he wasn't getting paid to do a job that was done by somebody else which was a crown adjustment and I ended up swelling so they dismissed me as a patient Then after that they decided to block me from all new voicemails while I had an appointment at a different location which is illegal. Now I'm walking around with no side tooth, I called today to see if they could help me as an emergency they didn't care they didn't call me back they told me the manager was with somebody hours later my mom called the way that she was spoken to is discussing this is not the first time.

I chose to go to a different location for better work work and doctors and when they found that out they blocked my account from every new missile for no reason legally I only had one tooth done in 1 office and then they dismiss me for no reasons. If an owner does not reach out to me and give me a call I will be going to the Police station to press charges for what is being done here and seek legal representation. They took me on as a trauma patient and they're not following any protocols. Legally.

They're doing things out of malice and malicious intent. At this point they're playing with my health and I could die if this is not taken care of I went sepsis once before I cannot walk around with a post in my mouth and no tooth / crown. If you are the owner and you see this I requested for information and nobody wanted to give it to me so please give me a call as soon as possible.

I had an appointment today and I was a new patient. Dentist assistant cleaned my teeth and said I needed deep cleaning. I said I did it last year. Later dentist came to me and checked my X-ray. He said I am fine just follow up after six months. But his assistant wants submit for insurance approval for deep cleaning.

It’s look like a business here. I don’t need any deep cleaning but they force me to do it. Also I am not satisfied to cleaning my teeth today. I was very disappointed.

I had a negative experience on Friday, June 6th. My original appointment was at 12:30 pm, but I received two phone calls earlier that morning asking to reschedule for noon, which I agreed to. I was seen at 12:10 p. m. , X-rays were taken, and I quickly met with the doctor. After that, I was left in the room for 45 minutes without any hygienist in sight.

I spoke with the receptionist, who was very apologetic. I waited in the reception area while she went to talk to him. They both looked at me; he returned to the room he was in, and she came back to inform me that he couldn't see me because I wasn't in the "ROOM"; this was insane. I was just steps away from where the conversation took place and could have easily walked back if he had intended to do his job, but instead, he calmly rejected my appointment without any explanation. Once again, the receptionist was apologetic, and there was nothing more to do but leave. What frustrated me the most was that I took the day off, rearranged my entire schedule, and missed an important meeting.

I had patiently waited in the room with no explanation. And how cool and collected THEY were willing to let a LOYAL customer walk away despite the years my family and I had been going there. However, I appreciated the manager's call on Saturday; she showed genuine interest in understanding what had happened and was sympathetic. I hope the hygienist was reprimanded so this doesn't happen to any future or returning clients like myself.
