Overall, my visit was positive, particularly due to the professionalism and kindness of the dental assistants, who made my child's first treatment visit a pleasant one. However, I did encounter some challenges with the front desk staff, specifically with Dana, whose customer service was not up to par. Additionally, several individuals I referred reported difficulties in scheduling appointments, noting long hold times which ultimately led them to seek care elsewhere.
