I went for a follow up appointment for some fillings unfortunately. Well the “schedule got messed up,” and I waited over an hour to be seen. I made this appointment a month in advance and I was not compensated in any way for waiting over an hour to be seen. They just told me “it wouldn’t happen again. ” They just didn’t make me feel like my time was worth anything that day. I totally understand that things happen, but I wish they did more to make me feel their remorse.
Other than that, they are decent. I do feel as if it’s hard to understand what I need and don’t need. They aren’t great at communicating what you need because they just quickly tell you without explaining much and then just walk away. They also are only open 3 days a week. I’m not sure if that is normal but it’s not helpful for me as far as scheduling.

My Hygienist and her Assistant was awesome today! I feel like I got good service from the time I walked in until the time I walked out. I received great care, my teeth feels and looks great. She educated me on different things I should do, overall I had a good visit! Thanks again for the excellent service!!

Today I had to have a tooth extracted. I was so nervous because I have a low tolerance for pain. Dr Pal and her assistant, Kadriane, were absolutely amazing. Dr Pal was patient and kind. I didn't have any pain just pressure. I love coming to Lane and Associates in Apex NC! I live 1 hour and 15 minutes away. I don't care I love going there.
Mrs Ruth is absolutely amazing also. She is the first person you see and she is always kind, warm, and always greets you with a smile. The lady beside her is the same way. I don't know her name. Everyone is absolutely amazing at Lane and Associates- Apex NC.

They show genuine care and patience during check-in and always take the time to ask how we’re doing. I really appreciate that they remember personal details and engage in conversations.
