Oh my gosh. I can’t even begin to describe what a wonderful office this is!! I wouldn’t say I am extremely nervous at the dentist but i definitely wouldn’t say I’m comfortable. A lot of that changed when I visited Optimum Dental! They were so patient with me and were so in tune to their patients. I never had to say if something was uncomfortable, they were able to tell and tooth ample breaks. The office is wonderful, pristine, and just so comfortable.

I’ve had many experiences taking with Amy at the front desk, if you get a chance to talk to her, you’re lucky because she’s incredible!!!! My dental hygienist was just so knowledgeable but was able to break things down so I understood them (for all the non dental people out there). She took so much time to ensure I was comfortable, explained things as she went, and I think she gave me the best dental cleaning of my entire life. Dr. Hoang is such a compassionate and understanding dentist. He listened to my concerns and spent a good amount of time going over x-rays.

The entire experience was actually really great!!! I recently moved to the area and was nervous about picking a dentist but I’m really happy with my pick. The entire experience was over the moon. Definitely recommend!

I have finally found my dentist! The front office staff is incredibly kind. The dentists and hygienists are very knowledgeable and good to work with. I appreciate not getting recommends for unnecessary procedures, and not being asked to sign a waiver when I decline said unnecessaries, like shining a blue light in my tongue.

Karen and Amy at the front are extremely friendly and welcoming. However, Dr. Huong is dismissive in his assessments. This clinic feels like a friendly place but is running on the purpose of making money not longevity. Neither my partner and I have had ANY cavities in the last ten years of our lives and once we came here, we are to find out we have 9 CAVITIES in total for us both.

What!! After questioning how urgent or how bad the teeth are and whether it is urgent to get them filled, we were told “as soon as possible. ” Of course we went to another dentist for a second opinion and they were SHOCKED to hear we were told of 9 cavities. How many did we really end up having? NONE for me. ONLY ONE for my partner. The teeth they said needed to be filled ASAP?: No signs of decay.

Only minor stains from time. Although Optimum Dental was transparent about how much everything would cost, the cavities were STILL more expensive here than getting one filled at the other dentist. Not to mention they would have forced us to come back every few years to fill the holes they wanted to unnecessarily drill into our teeth, ensuring we’d have issues rather than preserving our real teeth. If you are going to come here, get a second opinion on anything they tell you to make sure you are not being taken advantage of.

I had such a pleasant experience as a new patient! To start, the environment is inviting. The receptionist, Karen, was very welcoming. My hygienist, Hailey, was absolutely wonderful! She explained everything to me very thoroughly and made sure I was comfortable during my exam.

She is very personable, too! Dr. Hoang was extremely nice and professional, and he made sure to address all of my questions. I am so happy to have found such a terrific dentist close to home! I highly recommend this practice!
