A really wonderful group of people who are a pleasure to work with and very good at their jobs. I’m complicated w menopause issues and childhood cavities raised on well water. I don’t actually have insurance and I cross the beltway to get to them.. they are that good :-)

I really enjoyed my visit and the care I received. Everyone was thoughtful. The hygienist was extremely thoughtful and provided tips on oral care that I didn't know before. Dr Clark and assistantwere careful placing my temporary filling. I really really appreciated how careful everyone was.
The receptionist was welcoming and also very kind. I would certainly recommend this dental office to anyone seeking dental care. Thank you all. .

Long post and I apologize, but they wanted an honest review so…. I took my mom (who has been a patient of that practice/location for years) in for a routine cleaning. This is the third owner change to which she was receptive - things change and people move on. Teresa at the front desk is AMAZING! Thoughtful, sweet and beyond helpful- together we maneuvered my mom in her transport chair through the office that is definitely not wheelchair friendly. After waiting 35 minutes to be seen (understandably emergencies happen, but there were none this day so far), Shaniece did my mom’s cleaning.
My mom said she was very friendly, thorough and explained in detail some things my mom needs to work on- even gave her product recommendations. She was gentle as my mom is older and has a very sensitive mouth. The disappointing part of the entire visit was that my mom never saw or met the new dentist. I would think that if you had just purchased the practice from another dentist (that abruptly sold it with a very delayed and impersonal letter to her patients), that you would make an effort to at least introduce yourself and thank the patient for giving you a chance. Yes he was in with another patient, but then being told it would be another 10-15 minute wait, we decided we were tired and ready to go (we had already been there 1-1/2 hours for a routine cleaning).
My mom would give a 10/10 to the staff, but was very disappointed that the new owner/dentist could not take 30 seconds to introduce himself or thank her for giving the practice a chance. She will be back for her next appointment in six months; just hoping the dentist will make the time to greet her then. Cannot rate him because we have not met him.
