First time (and only) visit a number of months ago and wound up walking out from the dentist's chair. I scheduled a routine cleaning appointment and was seen 1. 5 hours after the scheduled appointment time. Once seen had to wait longer for xrays, then wait longer again to be seen by the dentist. When finally seen, was told I needed extensive and costly dental work as a pre-requisite for my cleaning (which has never been my experience with other dentists).

I left and saw another dentist recently who told me all of those procedures are elective and not pre-requisites needed for cleaning. Absolutely predatory stuff from this business so I am writing this to warn others. Glad I walked out with only a copay and will not be returning.

I honestly don’t know what all the one stars are about. Every person I came into contact was absolutely friendly and smiled and was super nice and in a seemingly good mood with a few chuckles throughout the visit. . Everyone was professional, and straight to the point. no beating around the bush. Yes, there was a wait, like almost every single health establishment out there, but that’s to be expected. But… I will say, the people in the lobby during my time there were the unpleasant ones.

Complaining to themselves. grumbling under their breath. Giving the staff a hard time because they asked some folks to come in early and you couldn’t bother to let them know you couldn’t make it after you said yes. . No apologies, just excuses. And still expected to be seen right away and asking how long it’s gonna take. It was just pure ungratefulness from impatient selfish people who want stuff catered to them at that exact moment.

. those seem to be the people leaving the one star reviews. I for one, enjoyed my visit and would definitely go back. I wish that I knew the name of the staff and doctor I interacted with, so I could give them a shout out, but I don’t remember. Nonetheless, thanks, Smile Center Dental!

I thought this would be a convenient dental option because it's in my neighborhood. I scheduled my appointment and when I arrived on the day of the appointment, people were leaving in a hurry. I got to the counter and couldn't help but overhear the argument between the receptionist and the customer. The dentist had an emergency and had to cancel everyone's appointment. The person ahead of me had a dental emergency and needed to be seen right away. There were 3 people at the desk. No one decided to assist me as this argument was taking significant time.

Because I had already overheard that the dentist had to leave, I simply wanted to reschedule. Not a chance! The people at the desk didn't even ask me if I wanted to reschedule. One of the women said "we can't see you today. " That's it. Nothing else. I left with no intention of returning.

This is THE WORST dentist office from reception to the dentists. The dentists are arrogant and dirty, coughing in your face, touching drawer handles, computer, other equipment which is dirty, then taking those same hands into your mouth. The dentist J refused service because I asked him to change his gloves after he contaminated them by touching the handles of drawers etc. Don't go here. . .

beware. . . He's not the only dentist there with a bad attitude.
