Junior Smiles was there for me when I needed them! My son receives his orthodontic care next door at Kumra orthodontics, but over the weekend we lost the key for his palate expander. Junior Smiles was open on a Saturday and happy to help. Kim was the receptionist who took my call & set aside a key for me to pick up before they closed.

Excellent customer service!! I will definitely return here for my family’s pediatric dental care.

We’ve been seeing this office since my daughter was a few months old. She’s 8 now 🫶 Randomly today I get a letter addressed to my daughter and it was the sweetest things said to her and it made her entire day. 🫶 all of you are amazing in this office and it’s a pleasure every time we come in. This letter will be saved forever so she can read it as she grows to remind her of her goals.

She is already 85% above her age/peers educational wise and recommended to skip a grade. So thank you all 🫶 and Esther for taking your time to write this and send it to her.

I know and understand that treating very young children is extremely challenging, A year ago at a different location my daughter wasn't in the chair 5min before she freaked out. I brought my daughter, who is now 5, in because she was having pain. My daughter was still a challenge, but the technician was great and she was able to get images (x-rays). When the dentist came in she looked at her mouth, seen the very large cavity, immediately said that's why she is having pain. I told her the pain was coming from the very back of her jaw so she said oh she probably has a kanker sore. Put some medicine on a Qtip and rubber the back with it.

I have 5 children and at every single visit the dentist at least looked at the X-ray and explained everything to me. I did not see her look at any X-ray and I was not shown an X-ray. My daughter did not get batter, only worse. I took her back (not to Junior Smiles) and am so glad I listened to myself. She has an abscess, a severe one. So in short, she put my daughters life at risk.

An abscess untreated can kill. I don't understand how something like that can be misdiagnosed. Maybe next time look at the big picture and diagnose using all the information that was right in front of you. My poor baby was in so much pain. So, yep, will never be going back to this dentist.

I took my twin daughters to Dr. Zeina today, and we had an amazing experience! She was incredibly kind, patient, and professional. She took the time to explain everything clearly to the girls and made sure they felt comfortable throughout the entire visit. The office was clean, well-organized, and the staff was very friendly. I highly recommend Dr. Zeina, and we will definitely be coming back!
