The whole staff here is amazing and friendly. I know you’re not supposed to have a fav but mine is Abi… she was so gentle and sweet. Dr Paulina is just as amazing.

The Rai Family Dentistry had availability and took me in within hours for an infected tooth extraction. My regular dentist wouldn't look at me literally until next month! Sorry, can't wait like they wanted me too! The staff was welcoming and efficient. There were no blocks during my in process and I was seen 20 min earlier than my appointment. Z was fantastic and made sure I was comfortable and simply made me feel like I was a regular. She was my perfect support for my anxiety and pain. Dr R was a gentleman but more importantly he was straight with me and didn't sugarcoat it.

As a Marine, I 100% appreciate his candor and professionalism. For the first time in 20 yrs of seeing 3 different dentists Dr R gave it to me straight and I felt like he truly cared for me long term as well as give me options for the present. The entire staff saw me and spoke to me and made sure I was taken care of (anna). So, bottom line. . .

I'm coming here from now on. Heck, the office manager even made sure all was good and we had a pleasant discussion even after I had my tooth extracted. Gauze in mouth and tooth extracted and I didn't have to think about anything other than taking care of myself. . . I think we all want that!

So initially I had no problems with this place. Everything seemed fine and as far as customer service goes, they’re great and they’re all very kind and patient. But the problem comes with the billing and charges. So I wanted a physical exam for my kids. I was told the total out of pocket would be $187 for the both of them. Our tricare didn’t have dental coverage yet but we needed their checkup on record and fast. I go to their appointment and everything seems fine. I tell them I want everything that’s included in a PHYSICAL EXAM.

They then proceed to brush both my kids teeth and use the fluoride treatment. Mind you, one of my kids is 11 months old and has a total of 4 teeth, so they did not need to use a lot of the fluoride treatment or toothbrush at all with her. The toothbrush and toothpaste they use is your normal children’s ones you can grab from Walmart, nothing high tech. We get done, and imagine my reaction when I hear since they got their teeth brushed & the fluoride treatment, it’s $220+ for EACH OF THEM. So now I have to pay $448 for one visit for a 2 year old and a 1 year old. Nobody on their end told me that the cleanings or treatments were separate charges from the physical exam, this is my first time bringing my kids to the dentist and I never inquired specifically about cleanings or treatments, All I verbally asked for over the phone was a physical exam. Well, I asked them if I could do a payment plan and they said no. Feeling in shock, but not wanting to seem like I’m robbing them of their work, I paid the full $448.

I left and called them back asking for a refund for just the teeth brushing and fluoride treatments. They said they could only take off one of the kids brushing and treatment but not both since it’s already done, which was only $137 off. I’m still so pissed off and feeling so blindsided as this was my first time doing this for my kids and again NO ONE TOLD ME THAT IT WOULD COME OUT TO THIS MUCH. I was not made aware of these prices and of course I still feel like I should get a full refund instead of the half they gave me. I’m so angry and feel so blindsided.
