My honest overall grade scale for the clinic (OBGYN) I would pick 4. 8 if it was an option. (Low 0-5 High) Compassionate: 4 Active Listening: 4 Communication : 5 Knowledgeable: 5 Honesty: 5 Scheduling: 4 Cost: 5 I really like the clinic and all the people there. Everyone is always very nice, helpful and informative. They go over pros and cons and seem very open and honest about instructions and possible outcomes. They do not seem to be the type of clinic that just wants to take all your money. Cost: I think this has a lot to do with your insurance but so far with my experience it's SOOOO much better than my last clinic. The charges are very straight forward when you get the bill. Keep in mind though. . .

. The insurance makes the difference. I don't think any place can give you a straight forward price on anything because your insurance may or may not cover it and may only cover a portion. Make sure to understand your insurance before putting it on the clinic. The 4's: I have only felt rushed once with 1 doctor who seemed to be in a hurry but maybe there was an emergency. I did still leave feeling well informed for the things I mentioned. The only concern was the rushed feeling and I couldn't finish a couple sentences a few times but it wasn't for super important concerns I had so no biggie. Scheduling: Has been a bit tight sometimes but they manage to get me in mostly. I would recommend trying to schedule out as much as possible (as far out as they will let you) in advance. Front Desk: They definitely seem to work as a team. Though there are specific check-in and Out desks, they all pull together when things get busy.

They also seem to work as a family. They are always very fun and friendly with each other and it really helps make a nice environment. Concerns: My only concern going in for prenatal appointments is being so close to sick patients. They do offer masks but do not require anyone to wear one. I'm not a fan of masks so I get it but did wear one when I had a cough going in for appointments. The space is a bit small and out of their control. I'm sure if you don't feel comfortable you can wait out side. I'll probably do that once it gets warm but for now I am taking my chances staying inside in the warm.

From the phone to the finish we are always treated with the utmost respect and dignity. I’m impartial to them because they seem to see us as people more than other clinics do They are the real deal not just in it for money. They definitely put the Individual first.

Johnson Health sets the bar high with their standards of care. This place is just an excellent group of individuals who make it easy to get treated.

Is it perfect? No, but the people at Johnson work so hard to help and serve moms like me who work for themselves and just cant afford private healthcare. Make sure you confirm your appointments 24 hours before arriving or the new policy is that they will cancel it due to the high volume of people who do not show. Be kind to the staff! They all deserve a raise and more recognition.

I’ve been going here my whole pregnancy and only a handful of my appointments have I waited a decent time, besides that I’ve waited 1 hour for every appointment. Several times I’ve called and waited on the phone for an hour then opted into the call back and never got a call back. Everytime they finally call me in I end up having to wait 30+ minutes for the doctor.

In conclusion this place is a joke, if you don’t want to wait to be called in for an hour every appointment I suggest a different office. They will not be getting my money anymore.
