Very happy with this office. They make sure you're comfortable and explain what's going to happen. I've price compared and they are average in comparison. They do a bit of "selling" but they are not pushy about it. They are also flexible with appointments. The environment is clean, modern and full of friendly, happy staff.

This most recent visit was visited by an ADHD blunder—on my part. I had two appointments, one for dental and one for eye doctor. I got a text from one and thought it was the other and so the two appointments blended into one: right location, wrong time; not now but not never today? Thus missing the appointment at that time at the other place. I was confused, made the staff confused too, took a little while before we all learned the truth of what happened.

I am quite embarrassed, but the entire staff at TDD, even though it was my mistake, were so accommodating from the very beginning, until the end, even after learning about the mixup and that it was not in fact their fault, or the fault of the text message system, etc. Having accidentally mentally strongarmed myself into an earlier appointment time, someone even took the time to call my eye doctor’s office to let them know what had happened, why I was here not there, and rescheduled me for an appointment that same day. Updating me through it all even while I was unable to reply (as one is at the dentist), giving a good ole thumbs up—tools and water jets in a flurry where my words would be. So thank you TDD for incredible service during presumed crisis, and taking care in the best interests of your patients after realizing they are indeed the problem.

(I promise you the customer is not always right) Next appointment, I assure you I will be there at the right time. And may we all read the entire text message!

I had a GREAT first time experience at this office! After unfortunately having part of a tooth break off, I was in desperate need of assistance. I had an appointment with Dr. Defare and his assistant, Kayla, to get a filling and it was a seamless experience.

I have dentist anxiety, but they were so calming and constantly asked if I was okay. Dr. Defare was able to fix my tooth with no problem and this will definitely be my new dental office!
