My husband saw them, they refused to preform what was scheduled and are now threatening to take him to court for not paying for a service he was not provided with. There are definitely better, friendlier places around town.

I have to say, Iam a 75 year old man that has been seeing dentist for some 65 years, in that 65 years Iam guessing that I've seen 6 or 8 different dentist, I now winter in Florida and had a tooth start to bother me down in Florida , so I looked up a local dentist to see if they could help me out, well I did find a dentist and after my appointment I had wished that I didn't, very bad experience, and I'll just leave at that. I was telling a friend back home in Sagola about my experience that I had and he said, give my dentist a call in Escanaba, he gave me Jacob's smile center phone number, I called and left a message and it wasn't an hour later that Paul Jacob called me back, I was really upset about the experience that I had with the dentist in Florida, and Paul calm me down and said give me a call a few days before you get home and we'll take care the tooth that's giving you trouble, well it ended up being more than one tooth, a root canal through my bridge, two filling, and a pulling of a back tooth.

I have to say that I was nervous about being in a dentist chair for two hours, but I have to say, if I had to put a number on the discomfort from 1 to ten , ten being the worst, i would have to give it a one, could not believe that you could have that much work done in your mouth and not come out hurting, nothing, and every 10 minutes Paul would ask me , are you alright? Yes Paul Iam doing fine, the staff that Paul has working with them is second to none, they made me feel like I was a family member, so I have to give Paul Jacob's Smile center a really big thank you for a job well done. And if your looking for a dentist or a new dentist, I would highly recommend This place for sure.
