if I can give this place 0 stars I would. the receptionist was very rude and didn't wear a mask. the doctor was very lazy, unorganized and kept misplacing things, reusing the came cotton from my mouth over and over. he didn't use the right tool for cleaning the teeth and was super rough.
he looked like he didn't want to be there and just wanted the procedure to be ovewith. I woke up the next day with blood in my mouth because of how aggressive he was cutting up my gums for just a cleaning session.

Been going to dr F since probably 2011. I don’t trust anyone else to touch my mouth. After a pompton plains dentist broke my molar during a cleaning and screwed up a filling that bothered me for 4 mo and disregarded my concern and an Oakland dr told me my kids were all cavities I found him, and I’m glad I did my kids 20+ cavities ended up being only 2 and the other 0! And he fixed my problem filling which was done 1/2 wrong and had actually fell out partially . . .
he understood my sever fluorosis and used care and explained It better than anyone my whole life could. Now even though I moved out of state I still come back here. Sometimes they are running late but honestly it’s because he takes care of issues same day as he sees them in my experience.

The receptionist is extremely rude, the wait time is anywhere from 45 minutes at best to 2. 5 hours. The dentist is pretty good , but does not do any complicated procedures. When I go to the office with my son every time I think I will never come back, because of the horrible treatment by the receptionist and the whole experience with wait time and all.
Today was the last drop, waited for 45 minutes, after complaining about the wait again, was asked to leave the office. Will never go back because of the treatment by the receptionist, dentist is good, but front desk stuff is horrible.

I am a new patient of Ivory Dental. Calling and booking an appointment was simple and the receptionist helped work around my busy schedule. She was also kind enough to call and remind me the day before my appointment. Dr.
Irfan was prompt to see me and was quick to get to work. He was effective with my overview and cleaning, and he pointed out some spots to keep an eye on moving forward I liked how he moved quickly and was very complete.
