As a new patient of Inspire Dental I am recovering from my first appointment today. Almost 3 hours long taking care of long overdue neglected teeth. The staff made me feel comfortable and we got through it. Extraction, bone graphs and setting 3 anchors for the new Implants to come. Great place, very professional and caring describes Inspire !!!!!!

Dr. Lee and the entire staff are excellent. As a big baby where dental work and pain are concerned, I am extremely hesitant to visit a dentist. Dr.
Lee was not only understanding of my fears, but was truly compassionate and mindful of any anxiety I have. This, along with the fact that they were willing to get me in on the same day to have two teeth extracted has made them my new dentist of choice. I highly recommend them to anyone who is looking for compassionate and professional dental care at all levels.

I had a bad tooth problem with infection that started just before Christmas. I called all the dentist in my town. None would see me until after New years. I had to go to minute clinic just to get antibiotics for the infection. I found Inspire Dental Implant Associates. Even though I wasn't a patient of theirs they took me right in.
I found everyone there to be very friendly, helpful and informed. Everyone from the front desk to the dentist were kind and thoughtful. Even though I am embarrassed by my Dental issues they made me feel comfortable and at ease. The dentist is very knowledgeable and professional. If that's not enough he is also kind and caring. He put me at ease and made the whole process comfortable and painless for me.
I was so relieved and impressed that I asked if he would take me on as a patient. He was willing to do that for me. They have a lot of different services. So if you are looking for a great dentist or are unhappy with where you are call them you will be amazed at how good they are. Walter Thompson

STAY AWAY! After you pay for your services in advance, Dr. Lee does not care if you are in pain or satisfied with the work. I cannot possibly write about all the delays, mistakes, issues, permanent damage and substandard care I received in a review but I hope to spare others the same experience. I am 3 years into getting Dental implants & although I left Dr. Lee's practice mid-2020, I am still not done due to problems and injuries caused by his carelessness; ranging from sinus perforations, severe infections to improper placement of implants to cheap materials and ill-fitting and poorly fabricated horrendous looking bridges/arches to name a few. I never received my records. The last email from Inspire Dental Implants was 3 months after my original request and it was another excuse-filled email but Dr.
Lee wrote he would waive the $50 copy fee!!! Under MA law, he was legally obligated to give me my records within a 30 day time frame but 90 days later, he said he’d waive the copy fee of $50!! And two years later, no records! When I replied to the email I specifically told him why it was urgent that I receive the records 90 days prior and briefed him on the extent of the injury he caused but he didn’t have the professional or personal decency to reply. No records. No communication. It is costing me 4 times the amount I paid Dr. Lee to have another dentist do the work correctly. Dr. Lee often left me in conditions that I could not work so the financial loss is much greater than the money I paid him for his negligent and incomplete work.
Several online reviews for this office and his other offices are by Dr. Lee himself, one of his entities or others in the business. For this office, a quick glance and a minimum of 10 out of 28 are Dr. Lee himself or one of his companies. Buyer Beware…profits over patients.
