I’m writing this review to bring Dr. Ann Blaine Coambs’s attention to my experience. I am an immigrant, and my English is not very strong. I found your clinic through reviews on Google. I visited your website and saw the online form, but I decided to stop by in person. Dental treatment is a serious matter, and I wanted to understand the pricing, especially since I planned to pay by check.

However, the receptionist did not greet me very kindly and directed me back to the website instead. Rather than trying to understand me, she suggested I bring someone who could speak better English. In the end, she gave me an address for a different clinic. This receptionist was an older woman. Thankfully, a younger staff member was more understanding and at least tried to provide me with some idea of the cost of the services. Unfortunately, I left without booking my planned appointment, feeling disappointed.

Your clinic missed out on approximately $2,500 in potential revenue and gained a negative review instead. Your neighboring clinics were more welcoming, and they earned a grateful customer instead. The reception desk is the face of a business, and it’s where clients begin to form their impression of the company.

I came to Dr. Coambs with teeth issues that my previous dentist wasn’t being proactive about. She immediately put a plan in place to get to the bottom of my problem. I felt so at ease and like a weight had been lifted off of my shoulders. Her office has state of the art equipment, is impeccably clean, and every staff member has a great attitude and is very personable.

You can tell the office as a whole cares about your well being and that you’re not just another patient. Also, anyone she has ever referred me to has been top notch-you can tell she has great relationships with other specialists in the area. I always know she will make sure I am in good hands whether with her or another Dr. I am beyond grateful for her and her knowledgeable staff!

Everyone in the office is cheery, even at 7 AM appointments. They call you by your name, engage you in conversation in the waiting room, and in the chair. Very professional, informative and have you participate in all the decisions being made. On top of that, they do great dental work.
