The most unprofessional dental office I’ve ever been to. Never got a call to confirm my appointment a day before. I had to call myself. Go to my appointment after waiting a month plus an additional month for an approval from my insurance for then to arrive today, have me sit on the chair and be told I was going to be charged for the pre work before my root canal. Ridiculous.
**I got receipt of NO TEXT/CALL/EMAIL confirming the appointment and I also called informing I was arriving late. NOT ONCE was I ever told I was going to pay out of pocket nor written or verbal. Waiting to have someone on the chair isn’t the right time. ** As for someone who has been in the medical/dental industry with office experience…go bs someone else.

Love this place!!! Price is super reasonable and 10 times cheaper than others! Got a crown done here for 350 (with insurance) and also Invisalign for 3,000 (without insurance) by far the most affordable and practical!

I went to this dentist for over 10 years, had a lot of work done and referred customers to the practice. I went for a visit because of tooth pain, he said I needed a root canal and to make an appointment to go back. They would put a claim in for the insurance. I tried to get an appointment a week later still in pain and they tried to give me an appointment a month later. I had to go to a new dentist and they took care of me right away, same day.
I called the office to ask for the manufacturer of my implant and the first I heard of this, they said I owed $52 that the insurance did not cover and wouldn’t give the manufacturer until it was paid. This is what I got for being a loyal client for over 10 years. I had been told I needed 3 root canals, with the new dentist I only needed 1.
