I am not sure what the 3.5 stars are about. Highland Dental provided exceptional service from scheduling to the day of my appointment. Dr. Paul and reception staff treated me with the upmost care and respect; not to mention the new office space is beautiful and impeccably clean. If you are in search of a dentist in the Medford area, I definitely suggest visiting Highland Dental!

The best dentist / office I’ve had the pleasure to visit and saying a lot as I’m not one to be quite fond of dentists due to bad experiences as a child. This team is friendly, professional and most importantly, caring and work their magic to schedule you ASAP assisting with any problematic situation that arises. If you’ve had previous or current fears regarding the dentist and / or deliberating whether or not to seek a Dr. of Dentistry wait no more.
Don’t make a current situation worse by waiting, like I did. Dr. Paul is seasoned, will comfort you and put fears at bay. Thank you so much Highland Dental, for EVERYTHING!!! The very best around!!! 👍💓🙌

Love this Dental office. I’ve been coming here for as long as I can remember. All of the doctors here are so quick and efficient. When I leave here my teeth always look amazing and the process is painless! Everyone here is so kind and welcoming and they’re such a cute family here as well. And they just remember little things about you even after such long periods of time, it’s the sweetest.

My recent experience at Highland Dental Office was not only disappointing but also disheartening, as it included what seemed to be a disconcerting element of discrimination. The primary issue revolved around my encounter with their receptionist, which left me feeling not just unwelcome but also deeply concerned. Upon entering the office, it became evident that a warm welcome was not on the agenda for the day. The receptionist's demeanor was far from friendly; she appeared disinterested and indifferent. Instead of extending a simple greeting, we were met with an abrupt statement, "Nope, you guys don't have an appointment today.
" This declaration was made so abruptly that we didn't even get a chance to approach her desk or explain our situation. This not only left us feeling bewildered but also, given my appearance as a person of color who wears a hijab, raised concerns of potential discrimination. In a world where promoting diversity and inclusivity is of paramount importance, it was deeply disheartening to perceive a possible instance of bias during my visit to Highland Dental Office. Every patient should be treated with respect and fairness, regardless of their background or appearance. It is my sincere hope that Highland Dental Office takes this feedback seriously and investigates this matter.
Discrimination has no place in any establishment, and fostering an environment that welcomes and values patients from all walks of life is essential. Improving their customer service, addressing any potential discrimination, and ensuring that all patients are greeted with warmth and courtesy should be a priority. Such efforts can go a long way in creating a more positive and inclusive atmosphere for everyone who visits their office.
