Staff is friendly. Not sure if the dentist's are unqualified or if they just treat their private insurance patients better. If you have medicaid you're better off just letting your teeth rot. . .
well basically that's what happens even if you see them. These providers will see medicaid patients but you are not getting the same care as someone with private insurance. They even give medicaid patients different toothbrushes than private insurance.

I have been seeing Dr Tom and Theresa for more than two decades… and have been taking my oldest child for several years. In 2019 my son missed two back to back appointments due to a pregnancy illness (within one week). We both had a cleaning last month- my son needed a tooth pulled and two cavities filled… all requiring separate appointments to which we made 3/4 (also living an hour away). The night before my sons final appointment my daughter’s (2 years) daycare closed at 5:50 pm due to Health Department recommendations of a positive COVID case.
Our scheduled appointment was for 8:30am the next morning. I called right at 8 am to inform them I was unable to come due to the daycare closing and their COVID policy which states we cannot bring anyone with us (except parent/guardian)…and they dismissed my son as a patient- despite his severe cavity- and due to THEIR POLICY. I am very disappointed in the way business was conducted, to say the least. Not only from a business perspective but also personally, from people whom I felt had developed a lifelong relationship with.
I personally know other people who this happened to (COVID related) and were also dismissed. Needless to say I canceled my appointments and myself and extended family will be taking our business elsewhere.

Wonderful people here, I’ve never been terrified of a dentist until a bad experience as an adult after that I switched to this dentist. I now see Mr Heringhaus and I just had my molar pulled yesterday even though I was completely terrified and being a complete chicken with as many questions as a 5 year old, he was very patient (patiently answered all of my million questions) and caring and still left me feeling like I was in complete control of the situation.
That’s something that definitely goes appreciated, I’ve also had other work done here prior to the extraction they are always very gentle I foresee my fear of the dentist disappearing.

I cannot say enough great things about this office! My son is two and was nervous being there. Dr. Theresa was so accommodating to him and understanding of him not being the most cooperative! Her, the hygienists, and dental assistants did so much to make him more comfortable. We can’t wait to go back!
