Heavenly Hands Family Dentistry lives up to its name—care that feels gentle and kind. My family of four has been coming here for 2 years, and it’s transformed our dental visits. The office is warm and inviting, with soft music and a cozy waiting area that eases nerves. Dr. Grace is amazing with kids; she turned my 4-year-old’s first cleaning into a “sparkle party” with stickers, and her work on my 12-year-old’s cavity was painless.

For adults, she’s thorough—my recent crown looks totally natural, and she explained aftercare in simple terms. The hygienists are patient, and the front desk remembers our names and schedules around school. They even called to check on me after a filling. It’s dental care with a personal, loving touch.

Without question this place is perfect. The staff from the dental assistant to the hygienist to the doctor. Everyone was so welcoming and warming. This was my first time here and I'm thoroughly impressed. I can't remember the dental assistance name but she was so personable and sweet. Then Ms.

Carroll the hygienist was so calm and through while making sure that I was comfortable. The doctor I went to see is on maternity leave so Dr. Brown came in and was so sweet. Love this place.

Never had dental phobia in 40+ years until I was treated here several times. I was told that I had periodontitis and needed a deep cleaning. The cleaning and injections were so painful but I trusted I was being worked on by a professional. For almost 3 months I had severe sensitivity on one side of my tongue. Everything I ate felt like ice. I finally called and talked to the owner Dr. Epps and she said “We let that person go because they were being too rough with our patients and we got multiple complaints. ” Dr. Epps also did a filling that broke while in the chair and she told me to “Just go home. It should be fine. ” Over the next couple days it began falling apart. I tried getting a hold of her. Left multiple messages for a week. Finally I was told I could come back to have it looked at and they would “work me in. ” The owner Dr.

Epps came in and without even telling me what was happening she began prepping to work on my tooth. I had to stop her and ask, “What’s going on? Are you taking the filling out? Repairing a small part? Can you tell me what’s happening first?” She began explaining I needed to have the whole filling out and redo it. Because my mouth was still hurting and they use some kind of apparatus while fixing teeth that makes it difficult to breath through my nose (never seen that thing before) I asked if I could have a week to figure out what I wanted to do. She said she didn’t have any openings so I would need to get it repaired right there. I was overwhelmed and began crying. And after deciding I wasn’t ready that day they left the room and let me cry alone until I was ready to leave. Went to get a second opinion. Turns out I DONT have periodontitis. Never needed the deep cleaning. Also the tooth she did a filling on I was told it was too large of a filling and that’s one reason why it cracked and the broke. That tooth was painful for almost 6 months and I can no longer chew on that side. The tooth hurts when chewing. Also. I was told a crown would not be covered for one of my teeth by Dr. Epps herself and I would need to get the covered root canal instead.

My new Dentist just told me. “Hey, I just got your crown covered!” Same insurance. No changes. This place should be sued for malpractice. It is the place of nightmares. I really hope Dr. Epps will eventually lose her license if she doesn’t change how she practices. I absolutely have no idea why they have such a high rating. Must be for basic services because she should NOT be doing any major work on anyone. Especially not unnecessary work. I would DEFINITELY get a second opinion for any work Dr. Epps says is needed.
