I arrived at 10am for my 10:15am appointment. The front desk receptionist was taking a personal phone call, didn’t even break to confirm checking me in. I stood there for a minute before she looked at me and gave me a thumbs up, again not taking a hold from her personal phone conversation. I figured her gesture was acknowledgment that I was checked in.
After waiting for more than 45 minutes (I was also the only one in the waiting room as well while the receptionist continued to gossip on her personal phone conversation the entire time), I went up to the nurse who had finally come from the back but still hadn’t called me. I told her I was waiting for over 45 minutes, and she let me know what I never checked in, shifting the blame entirely on me. I told her that I had come up to the receptionist who acknowledged me with a thumbs up and never even called me back up the entire time I was sitting there while she was yapping away on a personal phone call and that I had taken off of work for a limited time to make this appointment. The hygienist then proceeded to rudely reprimand me by telling me to calm down and I threatened that this would be final appointment here and I will be going to another provider.
The hygienist and Dr. Harmony showed no remorse for the situation, and didn’t even offer as much as an apology for wasting my time. I waited way past my appointment time and expressed my frustration in a reasonable manner only to be met with attitude and zero remorse.

Dr. Francis and her assistant were great with my daughter. I have a 3 year old daughter who HATED the dentist. This is the first time she was comfortable and engaged and not throwing a whole fit. Most dentist try to get money out of you but you can tell Dr. Francis really wants the best for her patients and isn't going to recommend things that are not needed.
Also. . . loved the gospel music playing in the waiting room. Just loved the atmosphere of the place all together.
