We will not be returning. To be honest my daughters Braces journey began pleasantly at the Cuyahoga falls location. We switched to Stow once that office closed. Since switching there’s been nothing but nonsense . There was a smart mouth Female receptionist who told me that “employees needed to be paid” when I inquired about the outrageous price to replace my daughters retainer. There was the sassy male receptionist who was telling my daughter that we’d need to possibly pay for having to reschedule an apportionment that they chose for us. He has a smart mouth and even chuckles but he doesn’t like when you match his unprofessional energy.

I reported his behavior but never received a follow up. Still, the icing on the cake was the last/most recent visit. My daughters appointment to receive her new retainer was at 2pm. We arrived at 1:55pm. She wasn’t seen until 2:50pm. And had we not spoken up, no one would’ve acknowledged or apologized for her wait. We feel that the unnecessary wait time was blatant retaliation for the previous phone interactions.

None the less, they don’t have to worry about us coming back (to this location or others) for any of our future orthodontic needs. *I Will never recommend, and will immediately suggest other options if this place is mentioned* EDIT - 6/17/24 You wrote all of that and said a bunch of nothing. My daughter was given conflicting appt. times, so nobody canceled an appointment. And you didn’t touch on the partt where your male receptionist is unprofessional or how we waited in the waiting room for an hour with only one other patient. Your staff is rude and I’ll make sure as many people as possible are aware. Thanks

So happy with my teeth, I have seen all the Doctor at the office and they were all very knowledgeable. They took there time to explain the whole process and make me feel comfortable before starting. The staff at the office were all very friendly. Couldn’t be happier with my teeth thank you!!

I had Braces here in the 90’s. I will NEVER forget the father and how horrible and mean he was to his patients. The chairs were in a circle and we had our backs to each other. You never knew when would be your turn. He told me to put my head back, but I didn’t know he was talking to me. He said “I said put your head back” and then proceeded to push my head back into the chair. I will never forget the fear I had going there. Fast forward to now.

I have had nothing but problems with my teeth. I went to a dentist and he looked in my mouth and X-Rays and said “ahh you went to Dr. Haas”. The damage caused by this facility has truly changed my life style for the worst. I went for an underbite, which was taken care of until about 2 years ago when it somehow came back. My parents were sold this amazing treatment plan that was a joke. My hope is that people will look into this practice before they throw their money at them

Overall, we had a great Experience. Both of my kids were in Braces at the same time. The front office staff were always very friendly, polite and always had a smile on their face. When scheduling they would always make it convenient for me to have both kids come in at the same day at the same time. The dentist and hygienist were all great with my kids, even when my Son was not following treatment with rubber bands they politely talk to him about it and got him back on track.

It’s been about three years since They have had their braces off and their teeth look amazing and we’ve had no issues. I highly recommend Haas orthodontist . I would like to Thank the Staff for taking great care of my kids and having a positive experience. 😁
