I made my first appt. with this office several weeks ago. I gave them my insurance information at that time.
I filled out 4 pages of “ health information” they mailed me. I arrived at the office last Thursday. They made me take a photograph in front of the entire waiting room, no privacy … Right before I was called back to be seen, the receptionist said, “ did they tell you your insurance is out of network”??? I replied- No, your office did not let me know or I wouldn’t be here !!! She looked at me, and said, “ well, what do you want to do”? I proceeded to tell her that I was leaving since my insurance wouldn’t cover my services!!! Never, did she ever apologize that the office failed to do their job by verifying my insurance coverage and that they were an in network provider… not to mention they had several weeks to do so.
I find it hypocritical that in the paperwork they sent me- “ if appointments aren’t cancelled within 2 days prior, they will charge the patient”. However, it was fine they let me arrive at the office, to find out my insurance wasn’t in network, and not even, “ I’m sorry”!! I guess the waste of the entire morning, and my time isn’t as valuable as theirs….

Best dentist ever...need I say more?! Great staff...very thorough. I drive from Canfield to go to this office, because they are that good! She did a crown for me. It's perfect. Never had a crown so well done. Very happy.

I've been seeing Dr. Machusick and staff for years; They are absolutely incredible! Super professional, delightfully pleasant, communicative, and they do really great work. You can tell that this office strives to meet/exceed high standards. Highly recommend.

My husband and I both go to Dr. Marilyn and we always have pleasant experiences. Dr. Machusik and her staff are always so friendly and warm and she is so thorough. I look forward to the day when our daughter is old enough to see a dentist because I know they will make her experience so wonderful.
