Let Me start by saying I'm absolutely terrified of the dentist! A physical/mental Childhood Trauma caused Me to frequent the Dentist as a Child and I grew a horrible fear of the Dentist. I met Dr Core and His Assistant and instantly felt comfortable, Welcomed, understood and cared for! Dr Core has taken His time with Me (not even knowing that this Situation He is currently correcting for Me has triggered alot of horrible Memories that I've fought to keep at bay.

Not just due to past dental issues) He explains everything and is beyond Gentle with Me. His Assistant makes Me feel like I have a Friend right beside Me for support although She doesn't know Me at all and probably doesn't even realize that Her Gentleness and kindness has made an impact! Dr Core Thank You.

Thank You from the Bottom of My Heart for giving Me My Smile back after 25 Long years!! Thank You to His Assistant also for everything You do as well! To The Front Office Girls , Thank for Always having a smile and making Me feel Welcome and comfortable also thanks for the laughs and understanding throughout this process!! You All have made this so much easier to deal with even though You don't know Me or My back story!! I'll never go any where else for My Dental work!

Oceanna's customer service skills were outstanding/ truly above and beyond.She was not only knowledgable but also.made me feel completely comfortable and at ease.I typically,have a strong aversion to anythibg related to dentists,but she really helped calm my nerves. She's an amazing young woman with a lot of potential! Thanks to her,I would definitely recommend this dental practice.

I was referred by a coworker and was told that Dr. Brown and Dr. Core are both professional and provide great services. They are listed as providers under my dental insurance. Unfortunately I will not have the chance to meet them because when I called to schedule an appt as a new patient the woman that answered was not friendly at all.

I told her about my urgent matter and she said she will need to verify my insurance and if she does not get to call me back today, that she will will call me sometime next week. I decided to call her back after 3 hours and asked if she verified my insurance and she said no, not yet. I hung up and found another dentist.

Love this office. Eleina and Oceanna are amazing when I come in. They are so sweet and really go above and beyond even when I am blasting in here with a difficult work schedule. The hygienists are great as well and there for me too! Thank you!
