Dental Clinics in Alice Coleman Dr, Vidalia, Toombs County, Georgia

This place is dishonest. They said I had four cavities but I got a second opinion at another dentist and they said I had no cavities. They aren't really cheaper than a regular dentist because they make up problems that aren't even there so you will keep coming back. I'm very dissapointed.

Front office staff are proficient in procedures of Accounting, Insurance verification and APPOINTMENTS but lacking in communication amongst themselves.... staff information coordination and messaging system is a disaster... DR Jones is A Wonderful breath of fresh air and a delight to visit. Very professional and a warm feeling of heart felt concern to openly discuss issues and personal information to assure healthy maintenancte and recovery ... Vidalia Dental clinic associated with East Georgia Is the worst place to contact for information or appointments...They ALMOST NEVER ANSWER THE PHONE ....I HAVE LOST HOPE OF EVER BEING ABLE TO FACE PEOPLE FOR MUCH LONGER BECAUSE OF MY TEETH..I HAVE TRIED FOR MONTHS TO CONTACT THEM BUT THEY ARE NEVER AVAILABLE TO ANSWER ANY CALLS....SO UNORGANIZED...
