Dental Clinics in Peachtree St, Jesup, Wayne County, Georgia

Please beware of this place. I have been fighting them for years about being over charged for services. I had full insurance and they were in network. I was quoted for fluoride, which I paid. I was then called and told I needed to pay more for it. Which I did. Then months later I kept getting bills for all these extra services I knew nothing about. 3 years later they are sending me to collections for over $700 for services I know nothing about. Haven't been back, haven't authorized anything at all. But I have put these charges in dispute and will be sending another formal complaint to the GA board of dentistry. And will continue to leave 1 star reviews on everything I can find. Do not trust these people with your information as it seems they just create charges and bills that you have to pay out they ruin your credit.

I genuinely enjoyed this practice and the staff and dentists until this year. I got charged $350 as a “schedule interference fee” because I cancelled 5 appointments in a row. I have only ever cancelled 1 appointment and it was because I moved to Texas. The girl I spoke to on the phone said “everything is recorded and I see all your rescheduled appointments” and I told her “rescheduling and canceling are two very different things”. I work in the medical field and know better than to cancel last minute. I always called in at least a day or two before my appointment if i had to reschedule, because again I work in the medical field and we are always short staffed and short on time. They have you pay 1/2 down to even schedule a procedure and then the other 1/2 at the time of service. Which I liked because it can get pretty pricey. However, when you pay almost $200 down and then inform them that you moved and would no longer be utilizing their services and ask for that money back they find any excuse to not return it. I have been calling 2-3 times a week trying to get a hold of the office manager and she’s always with a pt and they are taking a message and will have her call me back. It is going on one month and I am seriously considering taking legal action.
