They closed the Gillionville office called and canceled my appointment and never rescheduled! I tried to reschedule on April 10th she is going to tell me they can schedule me May 29th! UNACCEPTABLE! I hung up and going somewhere else besides any AAPHC = ALBANY AREA PRIMARY HEALTHCARE! Bought up all of ALBANY and giving residents poor unprofessional service!

Horrible office! They are always over 45 mins behind to get you in, you are never in on time for your appointment. I will be taking my 4 children to a different dentist. It is very stupid that they have a policy that if the patient is more than 15 mins late they cancel your appointment! Why is it patients cannot be late but the staff doesn't have to be on time for others appointments?
