I have no complaints! I went in to see if they could do anything about my wisdom tooth bothering me, & the same day they pulled it! Literally in like 5 minutes! Didn’t even feel a thing! Dr. T & her assistant were AMAZING!!

They told me my insurance was accepted when I called and asked about it and an appointment. They then had me fill out all the paperwork to be a first time client, the paperwork included a photo of my insurance card. Then when I took time off work and came in, they told me they had looked and my insurance was NOT accepted. Why not tell me before I took time off work? Well they tried to get me to see the Dr. despite their not taking my United Concordia Insurance. Nothing to lose on their part having me come in I guess. Just a waste of my time and the three weeks I waited for an appointment time that worked. Don't trust what they say, expect them to not take your insurance.
