First day l am very satisfied with Doctor and Dentist. Gwen was very sweet and caring. The young lady that did x-rays was also very pleasant. And Greg Steven the doctor assistant was very nice. I love this dentist very positive. The respectionist Cynthia and Shimiyah. Great staff I feel like I was at home. Definitely will be coming back.

My experience with this dentist leaves a lot left to be desired. I was charged for work that could not be completed, because the tooth could not be saved. The office staff refused to submit to the insurance carrier, a corrected treatment plan. After the tooth was pulled, there was four pieces of tooth left in the socket. I went to see an oral surgeon to have those fragments removed.
I am 8 months in trying to get this money refunded to me, and it still is not resolved. The insurance carrier paid almost $1000 on my behalf, which ended up exhausting my dental benefit. "Let the buyer be aware. "

From the time I called until the time I left, this experience was a positive one. I was in alot of pain that had been going on for 3 days (due to holiday) and the front staff expedite checking me in and getting me back to a room. The hygienist was very gentle and compassionate while waiting.
Dr Dillion was very nice, explained my options to me and made me comfortable until I could get my prescription filled. I would definitely recommend this office for your dental care

I literally just had the worst dental experience in my whole existence. If I could give this office a 0 star I would, first of all I don’t think the doctor knows what she is doing! I’ve gotten extractions before and never felt any pain but minor pressure.
This lady partially numbed my mouth and when she was trying to extract my tooth i never felt so much pain. A tooth extraction is not supposed to hurt! The dental assistant does not know what she is doing when it comes to taking X-rays, I have good insurance there’s no way I should be paying 200$ just for tooth removal, I’m going back to my original doctor James Y Kim DMD people stay away from this place!
