My daughter presented for wisdom teeth extraction. Dedra's check-in process was exemplary; her expertise, reassuring demeanor, and positive energy were exceptional. She patiently explained the procedure in terms easily understood by my daughter. Dedra is a highly skilled professional, and her caliber should be emulated throughout the industry.
While the office is compact and could benefit from additional seating, its convenient location is advantageous. Thank you Dedra, for making this challenging process easy for my child.
