Just a heads up—don’t wake up feeling sick and try to responsibly reschedule your appointment. You’ll be hit with a $50 fee for not wanting to spread illness (not just for your own health, but for the sake of others too). I spoke with the manager, and his advice was basically to come in anyway—even if you’re coughing and clearly unwell—because “don’t worry about our staff.
” Apparently, showing up sick is better if you don’t want to pay the “company fee. ”

I had my teeth cleaned here about a week ago and had a great experience! The office was very clean and everyone was so nice especially my hygienist Nicole! She was so sweet and made me feel very comfortable and was able to answer any questions I had! I will definitely be coming back to her!

First time at Gentle Dental in Medford. Had a great experience. My hygienist, Margaret, was very thorough. I’ve never had a digital scan of my teeth, must be new technology. It was painless. She shared the images with me on the monitor,.
She took X-rays, performed an ultrasonic cleaning followed by some manual scraping. She finished with polish and fluoride treatment. She was very knowledgeable and made me feel very comfortable. The office was clean and bright and the staff very friendly. I would recommend Gentle Dental to anyone looking for a new dental office.

I had a great experience at Gentle Dental in Medford! I came in for a Zoom whitening treatment, and the entire process was smooth and comfortable. The staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming, which made the visit even better.
