I recently had a dental appointment, and I was appalled by the behavior of the Indian doctor there. Her attitude was incredibly rude and unprofessional. Despite the staff being very kind and courteous, they unfortunately have to work under such a disrespectful doctor. She sets a terrible example for both her staff and nurses. Throughout my appointment, she had a disrespectful tone and was extremely hasty. She didn't give me any time to discuss my concerns properly and seemed to be in a rush, making me feel like a burden.

Her behavior was irritating and disrespectful, and I feel genuinely sorry for all her patients who have to endure such treatment. I will never go back to this clinic and I strongly advise others to avoid it as well. Her attitude was so off-putting that I deeply regret attending this appointment. No one should have to deal with such unprofessionalism and rudeness from their healthcare provider.

This is the BEST dental office ever. I have the worst dental anxiety and the entire office is so patient with me. Ms. Patel is so amazing she makes me feel so comfortable even when I’m crying for no reason 😅.

Literally the best. If you’re looking for a dentist or have dental anxiety like me please consider going here you won’t regret it. GOD bless everyone that works here and enters their door ❤️

Like others that have left reviews, I would give it negative stars if I could. I had a filling come out of one of my teeth and needed it to be repaired. While I was happy that they could get me in the same day, I left feeling like a second class citizen. First off the word "Gentle" should not ever be used when talking about this dentist! I have never had pain like this the day after any dental procedure. She was very rough with me and didn't seem concerned about my comfort level.

Of the times I have been to this office I have only encountered 2 employees that seem to have ANY social skills. I wish I could say that maybe it was just an off day, but after I was done I heard her go into the next appointment and nicely greet the patient in that chair! I feel like the only reason she was that awful to me is because of the insurance I have. So she decided that I wasn't worth being treated like a human. She also was in such a rush to get me done and out the door that she slipped and the drill went into my gums, and , no, she did not acknowledge it or apologize! Some of us have been dealt a bad hand in life but that doesn't mean you get to decide if they are worth being treated with dignity and respect. Later once the numbing wore off, I noticed that there was a hole where the cavity wasn't filled properly.

I emailed them to ask what I needed to do about it and was essentially told I was out of luck and that she had recommended a crown. (Which I had discussed with her and told her I couldn't afford at a previous appointment) So, I could really tell she just didn't care to listen to any of my concerns. Will NEVER be going back!
