I recently had an exam and cleaning at this clinic, and it was a great experience from start to finish. The staff were welcoming and friendly, creating a comfortable atmosphere. Dr. Entezari performed a thorough examination of my teeth and clearly explained the treatment plan. He made sure I understood what needed to be done and how we would proceed with addressing my dental issues.

The cleaning was done by the dental hygienist, who was gentle and made me feel completely at ease throughout the procedure. It was comprehensive and impressive cleaning. I highly recommend Gentle Dental in Rochester for their excellent service and care.

I truly can’t say enough great things about Dr. Israel, his assistant Lauren, and the hygienist Leah. From the moment I arrived, I felt welcomed and genuinely cared for. The entire team creates such a calm and positive atmosphere that it actually makes going to the dentist something I look forward to! Dr. Israel is an outstanding dentist — incredibly knowledgeable, gentle, and attentive.

He takes the time to explain every step of the process and makes sure you’re completely comfortable before proceeding. His professionalism and kindness really stand out. Lauren, his assistant, is wonderful — always organized, supportive, and caring. She and Dr. Israel work together so smoothly, which helps everything go efficiently and stress-free.

Leah, the hygienist, is amazing at what she does. She’s so thorough but also gentle, and she offers really helpful tips without ever making you feel judged. Her friendly and calm demeanor makes cleanings a breeze. This team is everything you could ask for in dental care: skilled, compassionate, and truly dedicated to their patients. I recommend them wholeheartedly!

Dr. Entezari and his assistant, Karen, are truly one of a kind. I swear they’re MAGICIANS! Even from my very first appointment at Gentle Dental Rochester, I felt completely at ease. Everyone there goes above and beyond and is clearly passionate about what they do. I came to Dr. Entezari because I had crowns on my top front teeth that I wasn’t cosmetically happy with. He completely redid them, and the results are honestly life-changing. What stood out the most was how involved I got to be in the process.

Julie at the front desk helped me navigate insurance and set up a payment plan that actually worked for me. Dr. Entezari arranged meetings with the lab so I could explain exactly what I wanted, and we were able to make real-time changes to the designs. Karen was by my side the entire time! Her attention to detail and artistic touch helped create a smile that looks natural, bright, and STUNNING. They even stayed until 9 PM to finish my treatment because it was the only day I had off. Dr. Entezari also personally called me that weekend to check in—who does that anymore?! On top of all that, had the pleasure of meeting Dr. Israel, the office manager, and a few other assistants during my appointments—every single person was just as lovely.

I even got in for a cleaning with Heather, the hygienist, who helped me find a better oral hygiene routine. Dr. Entezari and Karen answered all my questions, made sure I was comfortable every step of the way, and treated me like family. Amazingly, Gentle Dental is true to their name… Just finished getting every nook and cranny of my teeth scraped and polished, and I have to applaud my hygienist Leah’s incredibly thorough, surprisingly gentle, and skilled care. This may have been one of the best dental cleanings I’ve had in years — teeth feel immaculate. Plus, everyone at this practice is so warm and professional.

Definitely recommend.
