Went for a check up drilled my crown got a filling & the job was just never finished. It seems you must be "in pain" to even be seen. Cant chew on one side of my mouth for long. Appointment scheduling is trash.

Dr. Rafal is a good dentist. His choice of secretary leaves much to be desired. She is rude and unprofessional.

Recently moved to Brooklyn and had to schedule an emergency visit unfortunately my old dentist office was booked for a month and a half out so I had to change my dentist to a closer office to home and was seen the very next day. Great service, short wait and pleasant people working here.

I went to Doctor Rafael around 6 years ago. I miss him so much!!! He is literally an amAzing Dentist! I had to move so I started using a dentist that was terrible in starret city. Luckily I found another Dentist Doctor Schwarts in ralph avenue, he is so brilliant! Doctor Rafael and Doctor Schwarts I love them!!!!!
