What a joke of a dentist office! "Fun Smiles" they should be called "Money Smiles" because that's all they care about. My three-year-old got anxious during her dental appointment, which I expected because, hello, she's three! But instead of being understanding, these so-called professionals slapped me with a ridiculous $50 fee just because my kid cried a bit. First of all, if your office is supposed to be fun and kid-friendly, shouldn't you know how to handle a child's anxiety without robbing their parents blind? This place is more interested in making a quick buck than actually caring for their young patients. And let's talk about the atmosphere. It's anything but fun.

The staff barely cracked a smile, let alone tried to make my child feel comfortable. It's like they're allergic to happiness or empathy. Save yourself the headache and the money. Avoid Fun Smiles at all costs unless you enjoy being ripped off by heartless dentists who can't handle a nervous 3 year old.

If I could give a zero to the dentist Shelia Brijade I would. The one star is for the front desk staff not for her. I usually don’t write reviews but I will today cause I’m pissed!! I took my daughter there this morning for a procedure and I got slap with an extra fee of $50 “for behavioral issues”.

Of course the front desk didn’t know the reason for the fee and said I had to ask the dentist and I went back to ask the dentist Sheila Brijade what is this fee about? She had the nerve to say your child was crying and moving during the procedure and you had to sit next to her and hold her hands 😳. I said yes she’s 5 years old and it’s normal for her to act this way during a dental procedure, as an adult we know dental procedures can be very uncomfortable. I told her this charge is unacceptable and ridiculous and you know what her response was? Instead of being understanding, she said I will write you a letter to find somewhere else to bring your child!! 😳 what kind of Pediatric dentist is this??? No empathy, uncaring, Are people in practice only for the money? This lady is a fraud and doesn’t care about kids! She shouldn’t call herself a pediatric dentist.

I wonder if she even has any kids for her to say it’s NOT normal for a 5 yr old to cry during a dental procedure 🤔. Please DO NOT bring your child to that practice!! I think she did me a favor for writing this letter so I won’t come back to her cause I really question her motive for becoming a pediatric dentist.

My sister took my 3 year old nephew there. The lady cleaning his teeth was absolutely terrible to him. She yelled at him when he cried and after he said he was scared and was choking, she was extremely mean to him! If she doesn’t like kids then she shouldn’t be working with children.

Honestly, none of the people that work there look like they like children at all. She also made his gums bleed and yelled at him when he cried because of it. Three year-old cry that’s what they do instead of trying to comfort him and making him feel comfortable in an office that a lot of adults hate going to, she made a child even more afraid of the dentist then he already was!

Trash place. They don't know how to deal with little ones at all. My child was having a hard time and instead of just rescheduling they recommended going somewhere else and to do the cleaning under anesthesia.

My child just turned three. All children have bad days and I would've happily rescheduled but the doctor or hygienist whatever she was, was rude and had no children skills. You shouldn't call yourself a children's dentist if you can't deal with children!
