I've tried doing consultations at a few offices but ultimately chose here. Staff are very friendly. Dr. Khanna and the treatment coordinator are very knowledgeable and helpful. They were very reassuring about treatment and I was able to start immediately and be scheduled in. Can't wait for my smile after treatment 😁

I don't often go out of my way to write reviews, but I had a really positive experience with Fresh Orthodontics. I did Invisalign treatment with Dr. Khanna starting last year. He was very kind and attentive and the staff are very friendly. I unfortunately was not able to complete my full treatment with him because I was traveling and ended up moving out of New York.

The office very kindly refunded me the difference and despite not being able to complete my treatment, I'm very happy with how my teeth came out. Out of all the ortho consultations I had (5 total) Dr. Khanna was the most attentive and helpful and made sure to answer any questions I had. I would happily recommend him!

Beloved Dr. and staff do their best, but communication is bad and they seem to have too many patients to fit into their hours. Appointments run very late even in the morning.

Think this is a great practice if you have a straightforward issue and a younger kid who can afford to miss school for appointments or wait months for a make up appointment if they are sick. Our insurance info was lost, we were yelled at for cancelling appointments for being sick during the height of Covid, and for a parent not attending the appointment (even though they never told us that for the first 4 years or before said appointment). My kid was many times sent home with either incorrect information and/or supplies and then we were accused of delaying treatment and yelled at publicly in their office for requesting an email update of her complicated situation which went on for years longer than anticipated.

They are nice but clearly overwhelmed by the amount of patients. The final teeth came out fine but it is highly unusual to blame the patient when a procedure does not go as planned especially when part of that is the office being unable to fit in a patient for many months at a time for a quick check in to see progress.

I am a current patient, still in treatment so can't share the final result yet but hopefully will do soon :) I just decided to check reviews of my orthodontics clinic (yes, I haven't checked the reviews before treatment because my primary dentist recommended this place to me, I very much trusted it). So, I saw a couple of reviews about scheduling and would like to share my experience. I needed to see a doctor a couple of times before my exact scheduled date and I have never been denied to do that, the receptionist always helped to find an optimal / earlier date, and time to see the doctor if it was necessary.

The doctor and staff are very helpful and friendly, and the explanation of what to expect during treatment is very clear. The place in general is very clean and neat! * I am an adult and really like the approach to me regarding the braces/ treatment process.
