I hadn't been to the dentist in YEARS. Embarrassing, but the staff made me sooo comfortable. I've had to go every week for the past 3 weeks and they have went above and beyond with kindness, explaining everything, gentle and down to earth! As someone terrified of going to the dentist the staff here made me feel as comfortable as you can be during a visit.

Yesterday 6/26/25 was my first visit with Fresh Dental. I would like to share my experience. I completed an appointment request online Monday and received a called with in two hours from Lucillia who was very pleasant and helpful. I asked for the first available appointment to have a root canal. I explained I had already been seen my another dentist. I was offered an appointment the very next day.

Unfortunately I could not take the appointment but I was able to take Thursday. She sent me all my new patient paperwork via text. I arrived and was great with a friendly smile. I was taken back to my room by Jessica. She was very kind and explained every step in detail. When Dr.

Hardiman came in to the room she also was very kind and explained every step. We began the procedure I was very very nervous!! I put my head phones on and actually went to sleep 🤦🏽‍♀️🤦🏽‍♀️. Dr. Hardiman was gentle and has the best bedside manners! I am no longer scared to go to the dentist. Thank you! Shevelle

We changed dentists last summer because fresh dental was on our discount plan and seemed to be legit. Both my wife and I went on our original appointments and they ran the usual tests and the dentist said that we both needed 2 crowns which was going to be around $1400. 00 each. Our previous dentist said that we might need one crown in the future but just keep an eye on it. So we feel they were trying to g sell us something that we didn’t really need.

Also my wife called and cancelled all appointments after that and we just received a bill says we owe $63. 00 for a cancelled appointment. So be careful with this company.

Dr Hardiman and Jamie made me feel very comfortable from the beginning. They tell you exactly what they're going to do before beginning, and you feel as if they are there to truly teach and heal you rather than judge and shame you. I appreciate their attention to detail, how they hold space for patients, and how they make what can be a really harrowing experience for most an actual pleasant experience.

They listened to my quells and readjusted my crown until it fit just right. My fitness ring that tracks my fitness and sleep actually thought I was taking a nap the ENTIRE TIME they were drilling in my mouth- talk about calm! They have a great team of doctors and assistants and hygienists to make you feel like a priority. Cannot recommend enough! Thank you for everything! Floss, people!!!
